Beauty Tips: How to Make Healthy Fruit Juices at Home

making juices are one of my favorite things to do and preferred when at home.
a refreshing beverage for all situation such as, watching movies while setting relaxed on my sofa or even watching view at the veranda. aside for its deliciousness it also have a lots of beneficial supplements we can get,when drinking fruit juices you will get a much faster boost of natural energy too, but The best thing in all of that is to making this fruits into juice are not difficult to do. so I'll want to recommend this list of my favorite and super easy to make fruit juices just for you.

-Grape juice-

Ingredients:
grape concord or any grapes you choice

Needed tools:
streamer or colander
blender
pot/cooking pan

Procedure:

pull out the grapes on the stem one by one.
put the grapes in a streamer and wash them with water (i recommend warm water) so that all the chemical will washed it too.
mashed or blend the grapes until the juice will come out.
put it in a pot and cook in a low heat for 15 minutes.
put it in a streamer and extract the juice directly to your glass.
put it in a freezer if you desired and your grape juice is done.(thoughtpursuits.com)

-Water melon Juice-

Ingredients:
seedless water melon
1/2 cup of sugar (i recommend honey for sweetener)
1 cup of lemon juice
ice cube
200 cc of water

Needed tools:
blender
colander or streamer 

Procedures:

chop the water melon into chunks
put it in a blender and blend it for a minute
after blending it extract the juice in the colander and leave the pulp if you prefer plain water melon juice (for me i prefer water melon juice with pulp)
after extracting the juice put it back again in the blender and add the sugar or honey and remaining ingredients and blend it again for 1 minute and your done.(healthylivinghub.net)

-Tomato juice-

Ingredients:
ripe tomatoes
honey or sugar
pepper
salt

Needed tools:
knife
bowl
cooking pot

Procedure:

wash the tomatoes and chop it.
put it in pot and cook for about 20 minutes until it become soft.
extract the juice in a streamer and leave the tomato pulp.
put in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
after that boil it again for 3 minutes.
cool in a refrigerator depend on your desire (best before 3 days to refrigerate).(photo.elsoar.com) 

-Strawberry juice-

Ingredients:
strawberry
1 cup of lemon juice
200 cc of water
ice cube (optional)
honey 3 tbsp
salt

Needed tools:
blender

Procedures:

washed the strawberry and pull out the leaf of strawberry
put it in a blender together all of the ingredients and blend it for about 1 minute
after blend it you can directly put it in a glass and cool it in a refrigerate it if you desired.(superglory.net)
     
-Blue berry juice-

Ingredients:
blue berries
water
sugar or honey

Needed tools:
spoon
streamer or colander
pan or pot
bowl

Procedure:

washed the blueberries until it clean.
put all blue berries in a pan or pot and cover it with water.
heat it for about 15 minutes or until it become soft.
after softening it smashed the blueberries and put it in colander and extract the juice.
set aside the pulp and put the juice in a bowl and add the sugar or honey to taste.(tasteofnovascotia.com)

What are the Bad Luck Age in Japanese Culture

like Chinese People Beliefs, Japanese cultured had a bad and good belief also, when they are reaching the age of bad luck numbers you will see them doing some things like approaching temple,having an offering,praying on a fall and climbing on a mountain.(earthincolors.com) 
 maybe some of you not aware of this beliefs neither i too, what are the Japanese men and women bad luck ages? Japanese had a three reference for being an unlucky age for men, in one place, the most danger ages for men are 41,42 and 61. 

how about women? i know you're wondering, some Japanese friends said are 19,26,32 and 33.and for children are 3,9 and 13 is considered unlucky as we known for an unlucky date also, some Japanese i know also told me that equal 88 is the total unluckiest ages of men. don't know yet whats the meaning of that, but now i get to understand quite about their beliefs. why Japanese keep on believing this misfortune age belief as of now? 

 -Basic reason- 

 that is all because of their language meaning. in japan language the no. 4 was "shi", 2 was "ni" so! 4= shi + 2=ni = shi-ni if you joined it,could "SHINI" and in Japanese word 'shini' means "Death" I'm Amazed with their simple and rare basing, you will notice that Japanese are  dedicated on numbers.

-Trivia-

did you know that Japanese hospital never use or do not make room no. 4 and 9, if you ride on the elevator in japan you will notice that some numbers are missing.


Bad luck age are known "Yakudoshi" in Japanese language, and all Japanese people who reached the boundaries of the age above are most people who approaching temples and get offering to get away with this course and off misfortune.

-Eat using your Non-dominant hand-Mindless snacking during movie and watching tv is a surefire way to consume those extra unwanted calories.  "When we've repeatedly eaten a particular food in a particular environment, our brain comes to associate the food with that environment and makes us keep eating as long as those environmental cues are present." some researched, suggests that people tend to overeat by snacking when food is easily visible and is within reach. A British television show, "Secret Eaters" replicated this study by placing candies in clear bowls within reach and another set of candies in opaque bowls out of reach. Studies have shown that those who had food within reach ate 70 percent more.
Place all of your snacks hidden inside your cupboards. Do not have any treats on your desk, kitchen counter, or coffee table. Even placing treats inside your desk drawers as opposed to having them on your desk makes a difference.
 

-Drinks in a Tall and Thin Glass-
Studies suggest that we tend to pour fewer amounts of liquid in a tall, thin glass than a short, fat glass. There is an optical illusion created that leads us to believe that there is less in a short, squat glass than taller, thin glass. The show "Secret Eaters" tested this claim by having participants pour what they thought was a "shot measure". Predictably, it showed that more amounts were poured on the short glasses.
For alcoholic and highly-caloric drinks, pour them in tall, thin glasses. You will most likely pour less and therefore consume fewer calories.
